Retrofit Underfloor Heating

Retrofit underfloor heating allows you to add a low-profile wet heating system over or within an existing floor without major upheaval. Using thin wet overlays and low-build panels, it delivers even, comfortable warmth and can improve energy efficiency when paired with adequate insulation and smart controls, while preserving finished floors such as tile, LVT or engineered timber. Installation is typically quicker and less disruptive than full screed systems, but requires careful assessment of floor build-up, available headroom and substrate preparation to ensure compatibility and long-term performance.
